*Terms & Conditions: The Travel Smart Plan program is not refundable and must be purchased at the time of booking. No refunds are allowed on unused portions of airline tickets. Published air tickets require full payment at time of booking to qualify for price protection. Once travel has commenced, routing and/or class of services changes are not permitted. A maximum of two changes are allowed on published air and other restricted air fares per person per booking. Tax changes, surcharges, and consumer-initiated changes that result in a higher cost are not price-protected. For refunds on special or weekly rates for accommodations and/or car rentals, the used portion will be charged at regular published daily rates. When changing destinations after the Travel Smart Plan program has been purchased, the client is responsible for paying the difference (if any) in the new Travel Smart Plan program price. Name changes will be treated as a cancellation and all cancellation fees will apply. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be at the expense of the passenger unless a Travel Smart Plan program has been purchased. Classic Vacations reserves the right to suspend offering and selling the Travel Smart Plan program at any time. The Travel Smart Plan program includes an insurance product underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA (National Union), and Travel Guard®Assist Services. Certain exclusions and limitations apply and are detailed in the description of coverage.
